Return and Refund

In order to well satisfy our customers, we have made the following return and refund policies to solve the possible problems during our cooperation:

1. Wrong products are received.

If what you receive is not what you ordered, for example, your order is for a LED display but what you receive is just LED modules, please contact our customer's service within 3 working days and provide pictures and videos about opening the packages as evidence. Once we confirm it to be true, customers can return the goods back to us for replacements. We are responsible for all shipping costs. We will send you the right items with tracking number within 5 working days once we receive the returned goods in perfect condition.

2. Products get damaged during shipping.

Customers have bought the transportation insurance, and they find the goods damaged during transport when they receive. In this case, please provide us relevant pictures and videos within 3 working days, making sure of no man-made damages. Once we confirm it to be true, customers can apply for replacements, all losses will be borne by the insurance company.

Note-1: Usually we advise our customers to buy transport insurance when they place a purchase order. If customers refuse to buy the insurance, all the losses occurred during transportation will be borne by themselves.

Note-2: All of our products are perfectly tested by our engineers to ensure that they work well before delivery. customers should check seriously before signing up for the packages/cases, making sure that the items are in good condition with no damages.

Refund: we can refund you if the order you have paid has not been produced or shipped. The refund time is within 2 working days.

Cancel Your Order

Non-cancelling situations

1. If the order status in your account shows "goods delivered", your order can not be cancelled.

2. Orders for all the customized LED display products cannot be cancelled once they have been placed for formal production.

Note: Orders for all the products in which the payments have been made and we have already been producing, and for all the customized LED displays, cannot be cancelled. Our factory will take about 50% of the sales price as the compensation for the losses of the shopping mall because of your unilaterally compulsory execution on cancelling the order. In this situation, all the consequences will be borne by your side. Please think it over before you place the order.
