2. How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account by clicking on the"Login/Register" button on the upper right of our website, and then enter your email address and password. When you are logged in, you can check the status of your current orders or review previous orders. Tracking information is available there once the order is shipped. If you have any question regarding your order, you can always contact us either by phone or email.

3. Will my information be secure?

Our website fully encrypts your personal data (name, address, credit card number) with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which prevents it from being read by anyone over the Internet. 4. Is it the real and final price quoted on your website?

A: We are the biggest LED display online mall in China. Every product has an open and final price at our online shopping mall. You can compare the product price of same specifications with other's factories, then you will see the difference.

5. What would the price include?

A: The price for order over 10~20 square meters includes cabinet, control system, necessary cables, and packaging.

6. How to use the calculating form showed on product  page? Is it the real price of our project? How much reference does it make?

A: The form is designed for helping our customer easily estimate their project's cost. You can fill the length and height of your project in the form which will calculate final cost of it automatically. The cost includes cabinet, control system, cables and packaging for order over 10~20 square meters. You can purchase cabinets/panels according to the number that our system suggests. The final length and height are calculated according to the size of single LED cabinet/panel.

7. Every cabinet has its own size on your online mall. Does it mean I only can buy that size? Can it be customized according to our requirement?

A: The size of cabinet is designed for reaching optimal display effect. We recommend you buying the designed one. It is also OK if you want to customize other size on the cabinet. 

8. Can I pay online? What payment methods are accepted?

A: we recommend bank wire transfer to pay for your order. PayPal is available when the cost less than $500. Learn more information about our payment methods.

9. Are those real pictures and parameters for the products listed on your online mall?

A: The pictures of the products are taken by our photographers or made by our structural engineers. Product's parameters are checked by our engineers strictly. All of them are real and correct. If there is anything different, we will confirm with you before formal production.

10. When will you deliver the goods after you confirm my deposit?

A: We will arrange to customize the product for you after we receive the deposit. It takes around 7 to 22 days for the production time. After you pay the balance, we will deliver the goods to you.  

11. How long does it take to ship?

12. How to deal with it if the product is damaged during transportation?

A: We suggest you should buy insurance for your order. If there is something bad happened during transportation, the insurance company will cover your loss according to the insurance contract. Click here to see more.

13. How to track the goods?

A: After shipping, we will give you a cargo tracking number.

14. How long is your warranty?  Can I extend it?

15. Can you install the product for us?

A: It is very easy to install our product. We will offer product installation manual and system operation video to you after you place an order from us. We will also offer online service for you. It is OK if you want our engineers to go to your country and help guide for the installation. But all the revlevant costs should be paid by you.

16. This is my first time to buy LED display. How can I find out the suitable product for my project?

17. What should I do if my order doesn't reach MOQ?

A: It depends on specific circumstance. The best way is to contact our customer service.

18. Do you deliver goods to my country?

A: The goods can be delivered as long as there is airport or seaport in your country.

 It depends on specific circumstance. You can cancel the order before you pay it.
