LED Electronic Display Common Installation Modes
Due to the application of different areas with different environments, the LED electronic display installation is different. Generally speaking, indoor LED display installation methods are generally: mosaic installation, wall-mounted installation, lifting, etc. Outdoor LED display column installation and roof-mounted installation are more common. Today, CHINA LED PRO will talk about the common installation modes for LED displays.
1. Mosaic installation: it is suitable for a smaller indoor screen. As the installation space is small, in order not to take up space. According to the screen size, to dug the same size of the area on the wall. And the LED display is embedded in the wall. This would require that the wall is solid. Adopting front maintenance which is high cost. For outdoor installation, the mosaic structure is suitable for LED display projects that have been incorporated into the planning and design of the building, in the construction of the project in advance to reserve the display installation space. It is only needed to build the steel structure and then place the LED display in the building wall, leaving leave enough space for maintenance on the back side.
2. Wall-mounted installation: more suitable for indoor LED display installation with small size (around 10 square meters), it requires solid wall. Hollow bricks or simple partition wall are not suitable for such an installation.
3. Hanging installation: suitable for LED displays used for bus stations, airports and other large places mainly displaying guiding signs. This requires a smaller screen area (around 10 square meters). There must have a suitable installation location, such as beams or beams at the top, and under normal circumstances, the LED screen is needed to increase back cover.
4. Lifting/hoisting installation: suitable for multi-stage performance, conference, opening ceremony and other rental occasions, LED display cabinet is relatively thin, easy installation and removal for the requirements of such an installation.
5. Column installation: suitable for outdoor advertising LED electronic display installation, wide vision, around more open places, such as squares, car park lots, roads and other places on the street. According to the size of the screen body area, it can be divided into single column or double column type installation. Column mounted installation is perfect to be done on empty ground. In addition to the production of the LED screen’s steel structure, it is also needed to produce concrete or steel column. The main consideration is based on the geological conditions.
6. Roof installation: suited for outdoor advertising LED electronic display, the installation site is mainly on the roof of the building. The height of the building, level of wind protection, anti-thundering measures and so on should all be taken into account.
