In order to provide an equal and voluntary shopping platform, clients will not be forced to buy insurance. But according to our more than 12 years of industry experience, we strongly recommend that customers buy insurance. The reasons are as below:

It's done by the transport to delivery the goods from the seller to the buyer, and during the process we will inevitably have some situations that we do not want to see, once it happens, accident insurance will minimize the risk for us.
2. Insurance is the best tool for effective risk management and risk transferring. During the united airlines cargo transport, maritime transport, railways and highways cargo transport, natural disasters or accidents are likely to occur, although we made the greatest efforts in the packaging and choosing a reliable shipping company to minimize the risk for clients, but in the actual operation of international trade omissions are inevitable to occur. In order to reduce your loss, shifting the risk by insurance is an effective way.
3. The cost of buying insurance tends to be low, it's worthy to do the low cost but high security. Cargo insurance outweigh the cost as a whole, we recommend that you buy insurance no matter your goods amount is large or small.
B. ways to buy insurance:
1. Our company can buy cargo insurance on behalf of clients if required by them. The insurance we buy for clients is mainly from three companies: LIFE Insurance, Ping'an Insurance and Pacific Insurance.
2. Clients can buy their own appropriate insurance for their goods according to their requirements.
Notes: No matter in which way the client buys insurance, the ultimate persons liable are the insurance company and the buyer. When the goods are damaged or lost because of the force majeure and other natural disasters or accidents during transiting, the insurance company will compensate according to your situation, the specific content of the compensation will be negotiated by you,the two parties, our company is not involved to assume any responsibility. But for the benefit of clients, our company will do the best to help our clients get the compensation for the losses.
C. Reasonable amount of insurance and the corresponding compensation standard terms
We recommend that clients buy all risks, the insurance cost is only a little bit of the cargo's total amount.
The mainly extent of liability of all risks includes the following items:
1. During transport, due to natural disasters and transport accidents, it was kind of an actual total loss or constructive total loss of the insured goods.
2. Because of transport being stranded, sunk, collisions, and the same transport vehicle collision with other objects as fire, explosions and other accidents caused partial loss of the insured goods.
3. As long as the means of transport have occurred stranded, sunk or burnt and other accidents, whether before or after the accident had been lost at sea, part of bad weather, lightning, tsunamis and other natural disasters caused by the insured goods.
4. In handling transshipment process, all the losses of the insured goods or a number of pieces into the sea or in part caused by the loss.

We do not allow customers or shipping agent to use our goods to do illegal trading and illegal behavior. Once customers or shipping agent are found using our products to do illegal trading or illegal behavior, we will spare no pains exposing them, all the losses and liability caused by offenders borne entirely.
If the contents of Chinese and English documents and document conflict, it will be performed according to Chinese document contents.
